A re-dedication ceremony of the newly renovated boat ramp and pier at Cook Pond in Fall River’s southend was held today. The half million dollar construction project was dedicated to the late State Representative Matthew J. Kuss. In addition to local dignitaries, a state commissioner was also on hand to applaud a job well done:
