New Fall River Mayor Sworn Into Office

It’s official. Fall River has a new mayor. At an Inauguration of Municipal Officers ceremony at BMC Durfee High School today, Paul Coogan was sworn into office by City Clerk Alison Bouchard.  During his speech, Coogan told a packed audience he is honored to have gotten elected by the majority of voters during the city’s final election last November:
