The Police Athletic League of Fall River, Incorporated, is currently conducting final registration for the 2015/2016 Floor Hockey Program. This is the 46th year. The season will start in October at the old Silvia School gym, located at 126 Hartwell Street, in Fall River.
Registration will be on Tuesdays September 21st, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the Fall River Police Station, located at 685 Pleasant Street, in Fall River.
Boys and girls, ages 4 to 16, are eligible to join. There are four Divisions. Pee-wee Division, ages 6 to 8, Minor Division, ages 9 and 10, and a Major Division, ages 11 to 14. A parent or legal guardian must be present at time of registration, and a birth certificate photocopy is required. All last season players and new players need to register.
A donation of $55.00 per player is required at the time of registration. Also participation in fundraisers. Safety equipment gloves, mouth piece, and shin guards are required and must be purchased by the player.
