As the city prepares for the upcoming outdoor event season, the Waterfront Cultural District is seeking volunteers to help at a clean-up of the district taking place this weekend.
As plans move forward on the reconstruction of Rte. 79, it’s important for the district to put its best face forward as the future economic development opportunities within the area become A reality.
Volunteers are being asked to bring along their favorite tools as well as gloves, sunscreen and bug repellent.
