Fuel Assistance Applications Available

Fall River area residents in need of help with fuel and electricity bills this winter are in luck. The area’s anti-poverty agency Citizens For Citizens, Inc. is currently accepting applications for its Fuel Assistance Program, which technically starts on November 1st. Here’s more.
