A check for $7 thousand dollars was recently presented to help fund a proposed Vietnam Memorial Wall at Bicentennial Park in Fall River. The proposed wall will be a smaller version of the one built in Washington, DC. Fall River Businessman and Veteran Joe Marshall has formed a non profit 501c organization to drum up funds for the $300 thousand dollar he hopes will be built here in the city.
