Citizens for Citizens, Inc. (CFC) wants to know how it can better serve the residents within the greater Fall River and greater Taunton areas.
Every three years CFC, and all community action agencies in Massachusetts must complete a needs assessment exploring the issues affecting residents of the community. The results will be used to amend the goals within the organization’s strategic plan.
The survey is available for completion online and printed copies will also be made available for those who cannot gain access to the online form. CFC director of planning, development and communication Nate Goncalo says the survey will likely take approximately ten minutes to complete.
CFC will continue to accept responses to the survey through early spring with results presented to a strategic planning committee this summer to devise the path the organization should take in meeting the needs of local residents moving forward.
The organization is looking to collect as many survey responses as possible. Those who participate and add their contact information will be eligible to win one of five $100 Visa gift cards.
