A referendum on the November Ballot will ask Massachusetts residents if they want to legalize marijuana for recreational use. Senator Mike Rodrigues, who serves on the Senate Special Committee on Marijuana that researched the pros and cons on this controversial issue tells Frcmedianews.org that the state report released its findings today.
