24 year old Katrel Clifton Oliver, of 863 Plymouth Avenue, has been captured by police. Oliver was on the “Ten Most Wanted Criminals” by police officers in the city.
Oliver was wanted for possession to distribute a class B drug, two counts of vandalizing property, and Assault & Battery of a household family member.
