Will Fall River Eliminate Single-Use Plastic Bags?

Fall River may be moving closer to eliminating single-use plastic bags, bags used in supermarkets and other stores.

City Councilor Steve Camara says the council will soon take up a recommendation to outlaw the bags, joining other cities and towns across the Commonwealth.
