All four candidates were invited to take part in tonight’s debate. Incumbent Mayor Paul Coogan, City Council President Cliff Ponte and challenger Jonathan Albernaz have confirmed they will attend. Challenger Michael Vandal has not responded to accept the invitation to participate.
