Massachusetts voters did not approve Question One in Tuesday’s election – Expanded Slot-Machine Gaming.
A “No” vote means the state Gaming Commission will not issue one additional category 2 license, which would have permitted operation of a gaming establishment with no table games and not more than 1,250 slot machines.
