There is still time to make a donation to the United Way of Greater Fall River’s annual giving campaign.
Meg Rogers of the United Way says the organization is close to meeting its goal and she remains impressed by the support of donors both large and small.
Even though the campaign has not ended, The United Way has begun accepting applications for its annual impact grants.
The deadline to apply for an impact grant is May 1st with awards announced at the end of May and money distributed on July 1st. You can find out more and apply at https://uwgfr.org/impact-grants. Later this year the United Way will be preparing to fund other community initiatives.
