Senator Rodrigues has a long resume in serving the people of Fall River, having first served as a state representative from what is now the 8th District from 1996 to 2010. During his tenure in the Senate, he has moved up the ranks in leadership, currently serving as chair of the powerful Ways and Means Committee. Senator Rodrigues says his role as committee chair will continue to serve the region well.
