Comic-Con returns to the Fall River Public Library this weekend.
From the Fall River Public Library
It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s a COMIC-CON at the Fall River Public Library on Saturday, May 21 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The library will host its fourth annual Comic-Con, featuring comic book and sci-fi characters, comics and games creators, crafts, games, displays, a costume contest, scavenger hunt, and raffle! And, of course, we’ll have special guests, including Superman, Batman, Scooby-Doo and Shaggy, Deadpool, Scarlet Witch, and Darth Vader. This family-friendly event is FREE and open to all ages.
The festivities will take place on the library lawn, with exhibitors set up in the Meeting Room. You’ll also want to check out the 13-foot IRON GIANT set up in the main lobby of the library! Fans are encouraged to attend in costume. Our Costume Contest will offer prizes for both child and teen costumes.
Whether you love Marvel, DC, Star Wars, or other fandoms, you’ll find something at the Comic-Con that will delight and engage you. Don’t miss this incredible event!
