We are a little less than a month into fall but the City of Fall River is making plans to handle what mother nature has in store this winter.
Mayor Paul Coogan says the Department of Community Maintenance (DCM) is accepting applications from snowplow drivers looking to assist the city in cleaning streets during snowstorms. He says the city will be seeking a rate adjustment for applicants.
