Even though spring officially begins this weekend, those facing challenges paying their home energy bills can still apply for assistance from Citizens for Citizens, Inc. (CFC).
The deadline to seek help is April 30 and Deputy Director Garth Patterson says eligibility in the program is not just for those at the low end of the income scale.
CFC Executive Director Elizabeth Berube says COVID has allowed the organization to make it easier for residents to apply for assistance…Including online at cfcinc.org.
Applying online is not the only way to seek assistance….and residents are not facing as many barriers as in the past.
