An urban renewal plan model that shows what the Correia administration wants to do to develop and connect the Waterfront to the downtown area of Fall River is available for public viewing starting today, Tuesday, May 23rd. The model can be found in the Atrium of Government Center, according to Fall River Redevelopment Authority Chairperson Bill Kenney. He tells FRC Media News that a consultant has been hired to help with the plan design. While monies for such a project was not available in the past, Kenny explains where the funding to pay the Harriman Group is coming from now:
