The United Way of Greater Fall River is seeking applications for the second round of funding in response to dealing with COVID-19

United We Help Greater Fall River COVID-19 Relief Fund Grants are available to nonprofit organizations within our service area: Fall River, Swansea, Somerset, Assonet, Westport, Tiverton, and Little Compton. With this second round of funding, UWGFR will disburse funds raised through flexible resource grants awarded to non-profit 501c3 organizations working with individuals who are disproportionately impacted by the economic consequences of this outbreak. The United We Help COVID-19 Relief Fund will prioritize youth-focused requests such as summer programming, out-of-school enrichment, daycare/childcare etc. United Way will distribute funds to local non-profit organizations, not directly to individuals. Funds will be distributed on a rolling basis. We encourage local nonprofits to learn more and apply for grant funding through our website: https://uwgfr.org/covid-19-relief-fund-grants/. The application deadline is July 30 at 5pm.
