United Way organizations across Massachusetts, including in Fall River, are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their Mass 211 information platform today (February 11 – 2/11).
The nationwide 211 service may not be universally known, but it has shown to make a positive impact for those seeking personal, medical, and basic needs services.
