U.S. Congressman Joseph P. Kennedy III, visited Fall River’s anti-poverty agency Citizens for Citizens, Inc. today. Kennedy represents the Fourth Massachusetts District, which includes the city. During his visit, Kennedy honored James E. Dolin, who served on the C.F.C. Board of Directors for the last twenty nine years. Kennedy said he wanted to stop by and recognize Dolin’s hard work and dedication to needy families in the Greater Fall River Area.
