The Massachusetts School Building Association has between $2 and $5 millions dollars to give to cities and towns that have a need for building repairs. Fall River’s Director of Buildings and Grounds Ken Pacheco says a Statement of Interest has been drawn up in order to obtain some of the grant money for two of the city’s elementary schools:
