A two week sailing session along the Taunton River is set to begin August 10th.
The City’s Department of Re-Creation is working in collaboration with the Battleship Cove Community Boating Program at the Heritage Park Boathouse to make the fourth sailing session of the summer possible.
Experienced sailing instructors will be on hand to teach children, ages 9 through 16, all the skills necessary for them to sail their own boat.
The program will run Monday – Thursday, between 12:30 – 4:00 p.m. at the Heritage State Boathouse.
Fee: $40 dollars per session for residents; $50 per session for non-residents.
