More children in the city are entering kindergarten without basic skills like how to tie their shoes, or identifying geometric shapes. That was the message given to the Southend Neighborhood Association recently by Executive Director of the Fall River Children’s Museum Jo-anne Sbrega, who explains how her non profit can help solve this problem:
