The SouthCoast Business Expo is the largest business networking event and trade show in the SouthCoast.
Sponsored by the Fall River and New Bedford Chambers,the event has been ongoing since 1988. Today it is being held at Whites in Westport.
“The SouthCoast Business Expo has always been a wonderful opportunity for local businesses to showcase their services or products to the public,” says Rob Mellion, Fall River Chamber President.
The synergy created at the Expo is part of a larger Chamber initiative to educate the public about buying locally, and to connect attendees with participating businesses to find out what is available locally.
“Whether you are drawn to the SouthCoast Business Expo as a business owner, employee or consumer, this event is meant to be a fun way to get local shoppers in the same room with area retailers and service companies,” Mr. Mellion adds.
This year’s expo has attracted hundreds of business people throughout the Greater Fall River area. The event ends at 4:00 p.m. October 14th.
