The Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development announced preliminary job statistics doubled over that of September – up approximately eighteen hundred to four thousand new jobs.
The largest recruitment came in the fields of Education and Health Services, Professional, Scientific, and Business professions. It’s also been noted that the Bureau of Labor Statistics revised preliminary job estimates. It was originally reported that 7,100 jobs were lost in September. The revised number: Only 2,200 jobs were lost.
