The Fall River Herald News is reporting today, Wednesday, October 19th, that the city’s Police Chief Dan Racine, who has been in that position for the past six years, may be retiring. Reportedly, sources told Herald Reporters that the chief, who is on his second medical leave in a year, may be leaving permanently.
