Frank Baptista Recognized as the Valcourt Outstanding Citizen of the Year

The One SouthcCoast Chamber of Commerce Wednesday night presented its Roger Valcourt Outstanding Citizen of the Year award to long-time community advocate and founder and host of Radio Voz Do Emigrante/WHTB-AM 1400 Frank Baptista
