Concerned about the future, and cost of higher education, Bristol Community College students and faculty rallied against proposed state budget cuts and tuition increases this week at the Elsbree Street campus. Public Higher Education network of Massachusetts – an advocacy group committed to exceptional quality, debt-free public higher education efforts – had members present during the rally.
