Fall River residents who wish to vote in the upcoming election still have time.
According to Board of Election Chairwoman Liz Camara, residents have twenty days (20) days to register before the final election is held on November 3rd.
“Proof of residency is required, of course,” she tells frcconnect.org. “In addition, residents who are currently registered but will not be personally available to vote can do so through an absentee ballot.”
Besides voting for mayor, city council, and school committee, Ms. Camara also reminds residents that the question on whether to update the City Charter will also appear on the ballot in November.
