State Representative Alan Silvia attended a ribbon cutting ceremony May 18th at the new Law Office of Maiza M. Silva at 1508 Pleasant Street in Fall River. Ms. Silva is a Cape Verdean Immigrant who earned her Juris Doctorate and is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Cape Verdean Creole. She specializes in Social Security Disability, Immigration, and Family Law.
