Fall River Mayor Jasiel Correia will hold his State of the City address tomorrow night.
Date: March 19th, 2019
Place: One Government Center, City Council Chambers
Time: 5:30 p.m.
The address comes exactly one week after a recall election was held in the city. While the majority of residents voted to recall the mayor, he was voted back into office the same night. Correia won over second place runner up Paul Coogan by 241 votes. Coogan says he will not seek a recount from the Board of Elections Office, but did tell his supporters he will run in this fall’s regular election.
