Under the new Fall River City Charter a sitting mayor is required to hold the State of the City address annually, no later than the third week in March. In keeping within that guideline, Mayor Jasiel Correia has scheduled the address for March 20th at 6:00 p.m. He will do so in a joint meeting with both the City Council and School Committee at the council chambers. The last time Correia held his State of the City address was in his first term as mayor on March 1st, 2017.
