The Seventh Annual State of Business address by the Bristol County Chamber of Commerce (formerly know as the Fall River Chamber of Commerce & Industry) was held today at McGovern’s Restaurant. Keynote speaker Chamber President & CEO Rob Mellion, Esq. addressed the audience and spoke about past years when the city grappled with such problems as decaying roadways, a poor business climate, and even a proposal to allow a strip club to be situated in the Fall River Industrial Park:
