The Cambodian American Rescue Organization (CARO) of Fall River has announced plans to host its second annual Southeast Asian Cultural Festival on July 27.
Designed to showcase Southeast Asian customs, heritage, arts, cultures, and cuisines, the festival will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Heritage State Park and will feature food, live music and dance performances, crafts, and children’s activities.
