Fall River’s Cambodian American Rescue Organization, Inc. (CARO) has postponed its Southeast Asian Cultural Festival due to forecasted inclement weather.
The festival was originally scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 28, at Heritage State Park. The new festival date is Saturday, September 8.
