South Coast Community Chorale (SCCC) is open to members of all voice types as it begins its new season in January.
Founded in 1997, SCCC is made up of individuals from all around the greater Fall River area who love to sing. It performs classical music, Broadway show tunes, spirituals, and other genres at two concerts each year, and has sung with the symphony orchestras of Fall River and New Bedford.
Chorale members do not have to audition, but need to be able to blend with other singers and match pitch. They pay nominal dues and purchase music twice a year.
Practice is held on Wednesdays from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. at St. John of God Church in Somerset. All rehearsals in January are open to new members.
