Some Property Owners May Be Exempt From Trash Fees

Homeowners and landlords are reminded that if they own a vacant building they can get an abatement on the city’s trash removal fee.

Forms to apply for an abatement are on the city’s website. If approved, the abatement is good until the end of the fiscal year on June 30th, 2016.
