Spring forward, fall back … daylight savings time (DST) ends at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 4, so remember to set your clocks back an hour before going to bed on Saturday night.
DST is used worldwide in about 70 countries, and each fall many look forward to it as a chance to enjoy an extra hour of sleep. Many people also use the time change as a reminder to change the batteries in their carbon monoxide and smoke detectors.
