A celebration of the life of Ryan Hazel, the Rehoboth teen killed by dogs last week, will be held on Saturday, May 18.
The 14-year-old’s obituary spoke of his “extreme compassion for animals and people” and said he “was a silent leader that had a contagious smile and loved to make people laugh.”
