Fall River School Committeeman Paul Coogan is in favor of building a new BMC Durfee High School. As the city’s Board of Elections Office gears up for the special March 6th election to ask voters via a ballot question if they agree, we caught up with Coogan to ask if he’d want the new structure built elsewhere in the city. Coogan went back in time to answer that question:
