PRESS RELEASE
For Immediate Release-Fall River, Massachusetts October 20, 2017,
Police Spokesman- Sergeant Gil Costa
The Fall River Police Department is asking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect
wanted in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on October 15, 2017 at
approximately 3:26AM at the 7/11 located at 1040 North Main St in Fall River.
On the aforementioned time and date a male entered the store and demanded money of the
clerk after showing a hammer which was then protruding from his pocket while
threatening to use it. The clerk then handed over cash from the register.
The male in the attached photos is further described as a Hispanic male with a thin build,
possibly in his twenties, wearing blue jeans, a red T-shirt with white sleeves, and a dark
colored hat. Also of note is the presence of facial hair as well as a distinct tattoo on the left
side of his neck.
