A ribbon cutting ceremony was held recently to announce the official opening of a new and improved veterans center at Bristol Community College in Fall River. Designed to provide educational services to veterans and their families who attend BCC, the center was named after Joseph A. Marshall, veteran and former chair of the BCC Board of Trustees:
