The city’s Redevelopment Authority will meet tonight, Wednesday, December 9th to hear presentations from two company’s wanting to buy or lease land in the 150 acre Bio Park area: Cannatech Medicinals, Inc., and Hope Heal Health Inc.
In addition, the board, chaired by Redevelopment Authority and City Planner Bill Kenny, will hear an update on a possible lease agreement for Neo Energy LCC Project.
The board may propose to meet in executive session to consider the real estate transaction of Neo Energy for the SouthCoast Life Science & Tech Park at Fall River Innovation Way in the city’s industrial park, and perhaps other business as well.
The meeting will be held at the FROED Office at Government Center at 6:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend any open meeting session.
