A date will now be scheduled for a recall election to be held in Fall River since indicted Mayor Jasiel Correia has refused to resign from office. We caught up with recall support Augie Venice who was instrumental in helping to gather registered voter signatures necessary to move a recall forward. Mayor Correia had submitted objections stating that some of those signatures, which were certified by the Board of Elections, were not authentic. Venice contends Correia’s objections are simply stall tactics:
