A group of registered voters who want Fall River Mayor Jasiel Correia to resign from office are one step closer to officially asking him to do so through an organized recall effort. According to the recall group, the majority of voters want the mayor to step down in light of the 13 count federal indictment lodged against him in connection with wire fraud and filing false tax returns.
