The debate at the City Council Ordinance & Legislation Subcommittee got heated this week. IN the end members voted to send the matter of creating a new position of Director of Buildings and Grounds to the full committee with a recommendation to approve. Although not a part of the Ordinance Subcommittee meeting, City Councilor Richard Cabeceiras was not thrilled with the vote:
