The Bristol Community College Center for Workforce’s new supervisory training series is designed to bring new and current supervisors up to speed on the skills needed to be a great leader.
Trainings in the series include developing professional supervisor skills, effective coaching and mentoring, performance management, advancing communication and listening skills, supervising a diverse workforce and human resource compliance.
The supervisory training series is now enrolling with flexible scheduling options and training locations throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. Small businesses may qualify for the training series at no cost* and cost savings are available for larger businesses.
