Primary election day is tomorrow, Thursday, September 8th, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. throughout Massachusetts, but the Chair of the Fall River Board of Elections Liz Camara does not expect a high voter turnout. The reason: Lack of opponents in the following races as far as city residents are concerned: State legislators, Bristol County District Attorney, and Bristol County Commissioners.
