As the Fall River City Council continues to hammer out the proposed Fiscal Year 2018 budget offered by the Correia administration this week, one non-profit agency leader is keeping her fingers crossed for approval of funding for an ongoing project. The Executive Director for the Greater Fall River Children’s Museum Jo-Anne Sbrega says, this is year three of the installation of a new heating and air conditioning system for the archaic building on North Main Street. So far, the museum has sunk in 180 thousand dollars for the new HVAC system, but more money has been requested that needs city council approval:
